    You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

  3. Review and Submit
    Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit."

Application Policy

Application for registration implies goodwill on the part of parents/guardians in complying with the philosophy of St. Francis/Holy Ghost Catholic School. SF/HG School admits students without regard to sex, race, color, or national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the school. Nor does the school discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, national and ethnic origin in its employment practices) administration of educational policies) and admission and treatment of students.

It is also our right and duty to decline the application of students who do not meet our standards of achievement and behavior. All new students must present previous report cards or academic/school records and present birth or baptismal records for proof of age. Children entering Kindergarten must be five years of age by September I of this year. Children entering first grade must be six years of age by September I of this year. Proof of age must be presented at the time of application, and it will be subject to verification. All students are required to participate in religion class and any other specified religious activities or services. Any information on the application form which is later found to be erroneous could be cause for nullification of registration or immediate dismissal of the student.
