Catechesis & Stewardship at SF/HG
St. Francis / Holy Ghost School provides an environment for your child that fosters faith, love and service. You, as a parent, can be assured that these foundations are based on sound Christian values with a concern for each student as a whole. We participate in several events as we teach, believe, and live out these values, including:
- Student Council – 7th & 8th Grades
- Attending weekly Mass (Holy Ghost – Tuesdays and St. Francis – Wednesdays)
- Student participation in Liturgy (serve, read, presentation of gifts, sing)
- Receive Sacraments (First Communication & First Reconciliation 2nd Grade, and Confirmation 8th Grade)
- Weekly Catholic Enrichment Classes (7th & 8th Grades)
- Daily Religion Classes (K – 8th)
- Service Hour Requirements (7th & 8th Grades)
- Pro-Life Chain (Pre-K – 8th)
- All Saints Day Carnival (5th – 8th)
- Monthly visits by parish priests
