Catechesis & Stewardship at SF/HG

St. Francis / Holy Ghost School provides an environment for your child that fosters faith, love and service.  You, as a parent, can be assured that these foundations are based on sound Christian values with a concern for each student as a whole.  We participate in several events as we teach, believe, and live out these values, including:

  • Student Council – 7th & 8th Grades
  • Attending weekly Mass (Holy Ghost – Tuesdays and St. Francis – Wednesdays)
  • Student participation in Liturgy (serve, read, presentation of gifts, sing)
  • Receive Sacraments (First Communication & First Reconciliation 2nd Grade, and Confirmation 8th Grade)
  • Weekly Catholic Enrichment Classes (7th & 8th Grades)
  • Daily Religion Classes (K – 8th)
  • Service Hour Requirements (7th & 8th Grades)
  • Pro-Life Chain (Pre-K – 8th)
  • All Saints Day Carnival (5th – 8th)
  • Monthly visits by parish priests
  • D.A.R.E. (6th Grade)
  • Project Alert (7th & 8th Grades)
